    Thank you for supporting our small business. We are delighted to offer international shipping for our original watercolour artwork and handmade earrings.

    Processing Times

    All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

    • Original Watercolour Paintings: Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

    • Handmade Earrings: Please allow 3–10 business days for processing, depending on stock availability.

    • Custom or Commission Orders: Processing times will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

    Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

    We currently ship to selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, weight, and selected delivery method.

    Tracking

    Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Some lower-cost shipping options may not include full tracking.

    Packaging

    We take great care in packaging all items securely to minimise the risk of damage.

    Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

    Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

    Claims for damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and item.

    Incorrect Address Information

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

    Returns & Refused Deliveries

    If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to collect, any refund issued may exclude original shipping costs and any return fees charged to us.
